The David Graeber Institute will be presenting a discussion called “Why Do We Play? The Origins of Self-Consciousness, Freedom, and Morality” led by anthropologist Dr Khalil “Avi” Betz-Heinemann, which will cover the key concepts and arguments outlined in the essay, followed by an open discussion.
